Setting Up Your Clinic Profile

How to create and complete your clinic profile.

Your clinic profile is what providers see when they browse your shifts. A complete profile helps attract the best candidates.

Required information

  • Business name — your clinic's trading name
  • Phone number — primary contact number
  • Email — business email for communications
  • Address — street address, suburb, state, and postcode

Optional information

  • ABN — your Australian Business Number
  • Website — your clinic's website URL
  • Logo — upload your clinic logo (displayed on shift listings)
  • Description — tell providers about your clinic (up to 2,000 characters). Include details like your specialisations, team size, and what makes your clinic a great place to work.
  • GST registered — indicate whether your clinic is registered for GST

How to create your profile

  1. After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your clinic profile.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Add optional details to make your profile stand out.
  4. Click Create Profile.

Editing your profile

You can update your profile at any time by going to Clinic Profile and clicking Edit Profile. Click Save Changes when you're done.
