Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it via email.

How to reset

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot your password?.
3. Enter the email address you used to sign up.
4. Click Send Reset Instructions.
5. Check your email for a password reset link.
6. Click the link and enter your new password.
7. Confirm the new password and click Set New Password.

Didn't receive the email?

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• The email is sent from [email protected].
• Try again after a few minutes.
• If you still haven't received the email, contact our support team.
