For Pet Parents

  1. Sign up and create your parent profile.
  2. Add your pets with detailed profiles including medications and health information.
  3. Create a booking — choose the service type, dates, pets, and preferences.
  4. Complete the pre-booking quiz — answer questions about each pet's health, routines, and consent items.
  5. Get matched with a qualified provider suited to your pet's needs.
  6. Pay your invoice — secure payment via Stripe.
  7. Meet & Greet — your provider visits to meet your pets before the booking.
  8. Relax — your provider cares for your pets at your home.
  9. Stay updated — receive updates and photos from your provider during the booking.
  10. Review — share your experience with a star rating when the booking is complete.

For telehealth bookings, you can book a video consultation with a provider and connect from the comfort of your own home.

For Providers

  1. Sign up and select your provider type(s) (Vet or Vet Nurse).
  2. Complete your profile — add qualifications, services, and pet comfort settings.
  3. Upload documents — police check, qualifications, insurance, and certificates.
  4. Get approved — we review your qualifications and background.
  5. Set your prices — configure pricing for your services on the My Pricing page.
  6. Set up payments — connect your Stripe account to receive payouts.
  7. Browse bookings — see available bookings matched to your provider type and express interest.
  8. Accept assignments — review and accept bookings matched to your skills.
  9. Meet & Greet — visit the home to meet the pets and parents.
  10. Provide care — look after the pets during the booking period.
  11. Post updates — keep the parent informed with booking updates and photos.
  12. Get paid — receive payment through Stripe Connect.
  13. Build your reputation — earn star ratings and progress through tier levels.
