Creating Your Pet Parent Account

Welcome to Lapdog! Getting started is quick and easy.

How to sign up

1. Visit the Lapdog home page and click Sign up.
2. Select Pet Parent as your account type.
3. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
4. Create a secure password and confirm it.
5. Let us know how you heard about Lapdog.
6. Accept the terms and conditions, then click Create Account.

You'll be signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard.

Getting Started checklist

After signing up, you'll see a Getting Started checklist that guides you through the essential setup steps. A notification dot will appear next to Getting Started until you've completed each item.

What's next?

After signing up, you should:

1. Complete your parent profile — add your address, phone number, and emergency contacts.
2. Add your pets — create profiles for each pet in your household.
3. Make a booking — browse available providers and book your first service.
