Setting Up Your Parent Profile

Your parent profile helps our providers know how to reach you and who to contact in an emergency.

Required information

• Address — your street address, suburb, state, and postcode
• Mobile number — the best number to reach you on
• Emergency contacts — you can add up to 3 emergency contacts, each with a name, phone number, and an alternative number

Optional information

• Month and year of birth
• Interests — select topics you're interested in learning about (nutrition, training, behaviour, etc.)

How to complete your profile

1. Click your Account dropdown in the navigation bar.
2. Select Pet Parent Profile (or Create Parent Profile if this is your first time).
3. Fill in your details and click Save.

You can update your profile at any time by clicking Account > Pet Parent Profile > Edit Profile.
