Creating Your Provider Account

Join the Lapdog team and start caring for pets in your area.

How to sign up

1. Visit the Lapdog home page and click Sign up.
2. Select Provider as your account type.
3. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
4. Create a secure password and confirm it.
5. Let us know how you heard about Lapdog.
6. Accept the terms and conditions, then click Create Account.

What happens next

After signing up, you'll see a Getting Started checklist that guides you through the essential setup steps:

1. Complete your provider profile — add your personal details, provider type(s), and professional information.
2. Upload your documents — police check, qualifications, insurance, and any certificates.
3. Wait for profile approval — our team will review your profile.
4. Set up payments — connect your Stripe account to receive payouts.
5. Configure your pricing — set your rates on the My Pricing page.
6. Set your availability — configure when you're available for bookings.

Once approved, you'll also see steps to browse available bookings and accept your first booking.
