Your Getting Started Checklist

The onboarding checklist that guides you through setting up your account.

After signing up, you'll see a Getting Started section in the navigation bar with a notification dot that tracks your progress.

Checklist items

The Getting Started checklist includes:

  1. Complete your profile — fill in all required personal and professional details, including your provider type(s).
  2. Upload your documents — provide your police check, qualifications, and other certificates.
  3. Profile approval — your profile is submitted for review. Our team will review your profile.
  4. Set up payments — connect your Stripe account so you can receive payouts.
  5. Configure your pricing — set rates for the booking types and services you offer.
  6. Set your availability — configure when you're available for bookings.
  7. Browse available bookings — explore bookings in your area (requires approval).
  8. Accept your first booking — take on your first pet care job (requires approval).

Progress tracking

A notification dot appears next to Getting Started until all items are complete. As you complete each step, the checklist updates to reflect your progress.

Approval

After completing your profile, it will be submitted for review automatically. Our team will assess your profile and documents, and confirm once you're approved. Some checklist items (browsing and accepting bookings) are only available after approval.
